An invitation to explore
We are two 16-year-olds who love programming, and we've created a short course, 6 hours over 6 weeks, that will get kids thinking outside the box, solving problems relevant to them, meeting other smart kids and creating amazing projects. Come explore technology with us!

Our Story
We are two high schoolers who taught ourselves coding because we love the creativity and problem-solving that’s involved, and have each worked at highly-paid coding jobs for startups. We want to pass our love of coding on to others, so we've designed a 6-week course that will let students create incredible things.
Our Goals
We believe the best learning comes from doing. From making, from problem-solving, from being the first to do something. We want to inspire young people to be creative and embrace failure. We want every person to leave the class with a project they're proud of.
Our Classes
We'll work closely with each student, and teach in small groups of around 6 students. Each student will leave with a project or two that they’re proud of, a clearer idea of what they’re interested in, an understanding of how new technology works, a grasp of the skills they’ll need in this century, and hopefully the desire to keep learning! The course will have 1-hour classes once a week for six weeks. Each class will get students thinking and working together, and give them the tools to continue coding outside of class if they'd like.

Our Teachers
Amogh Ganjikunta
Amogh, an eleventh-grade student at Fairfield Warde, has been enthusiastic about coding since taking a HTML/CSS course at age 12. He started as a founding product designer at Plexus, a social networking startup that raised $1.2 million. His passion for education emerged from his engineering role at Colearn (an innovative high school with 200+ students) and founding EducateHacks, a hackathon that had over 1,000 people join and raised over $20k. Additionally, Amogh launched Schoolyard, a mental health app that ranked in the Top 50 education apps on the App Store and received support from Amazon and the 1517 Fund. Learning to code has changed his life, and he hopes to share that love with others.
Ian Cheshire
Ian got a cheap computer on his 11th birthday. He set it up, started the coding tutorials and hasn’t looked back since, eventually starting a Discord bot, which helped him get an internship at a startup with founders from Princeton, USC, and McKinsey. After several months, he took a job at a crypto startup. Then, he had the opportunity to work at the Colearn school with Amogh, where he redesigned and rewrote the website. He’s also taught a coding class for a Nigerian nonprofit, co-ran a pitch day for the best teenage startup founders, and received grants from George Mason University’s Emergent Ventures, the 1517 fund, and the Atlas Fellowship.
